Pernod Ricard Singapore Staff Purchase (Magento) Terms & Conditions of Sale
Any purchases and orders made through this website shall be subject to this TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE which may be amended from time to time.
- General
1.1. This website " PR Direct " (“Website”) is operated by Pernod Ricard Singapore. In these terms & conditions ("T&C"), "PRS" or the "Company" means "Pernod Ricard Singapore" and "Customer" means the person, who is 18 years of age or above, has successfully registered an account with PR Direct and to whom PRS's products are supplied.
1.2. Please read the T&C carefully before using the Website. By using the Website or any part of it, you agree that you have read these T&C and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
1.3. These T&C may be varied by PRS from time to time without prior notice.
2. Prices
2.1. The prices set out in this Website may be altered by PRS at any time without prior notice.
2.2. Prices quoted include all applicable taxes and duties and are in Singapore dollars.
- Orders
3.1. When placing an order with PRS, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order are true and correct.
3.2. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. All orders are subject to acceptance by PRS in its sole discretion.
3.3. Supply of products is subject to availability and to any order minimums and limits imposed in respect of a product by PRS. If there is not enough stock to fulfill the entire order, we will notify you, cancel and refund the part with insufficient stock and proceed with the rest of the order (subject to any applicable order minimums or limits in respect of a product).
3.4. Purchase order limit per staff PR direct account for each six-month period (Jul to Dec and Jan to Jun) is as follows:
a) Spirits maximum limit:
36 spirits bottles OR 24 spirits bottles + 12 spirits allocation bottles products (subject to stock availability)
b) Wines (Include Champagne) maximum limit:
72 wines bottles OR 60 wines bottles + 12 wines allocation bottles products (subject to stock availability)
3.5. Each staff can only place one order per calendar month. Any second order placed within the same calendar month will not be processed and accepted.
3.6. Once an order is being accepted, the Customer cannot cancel an order nor change the delivery date unless otherwise agreed to by PRS in writing.
3.7. Wine vintage is supplied as per availability, there is no option to select a particular vintage.
3.8. Any specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items are subject to their specific terms and conditions and are available on a while stocks last basis unless otherwise indicated. These products come with defective packaging which may include torn or damaged labels, missing or damaged giftboxes, possibly mould on packaging, or obsolete / format change stocks for clearance.

4. Delivery
4.1. Products can be delivered to only residential addresses located in Singapore, which is designated by the Customer at the time of check-out. Delivery is complimentary with no charge per order to one drop off point.
Please ensure that the recipient aged 18 years or above is present to receive the order between 9am to 6pm per the delivery date selected from available dates (Please see Delivery date range schedule from 4.5) by staff. The recipient is required to sign off the delivery order.
If recipient is uncontactable within 10mins to receive items or due to invalid address or due to recipient aged below 18 years, a re-delivery charge of SGD35.97 (Including GST) applies to staff. Debit note will be issued and informed via email, payment via bank transfer.
Alternatively, you may authorize via email to PRS Customer Service within order date period for a contactless delivery. Kindly note that the risk of loss of the products shall pass to the relevant Customer after it has been delivered to the stated location.
4.2. The risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the products.
4.3. If your order is being accepted, a confirmation email will be sent.
4.4. Under exceptional circumstances, delivery schedule may be changed without prior written notice, but PRS shall endeavor to inform you the updated delivery schedule as soon as possible.

5. Payment & Refund
5.1. Full payment must be made before order can be processed for delivery.
5.2. PRS accepts the following forms of online payment: Visa, Master credit and debit cards.
5.3. We shall use reasonable endeavors to provide secure online transactions for you. Personal information including your name, address and credit card number is encrypted to prevent your information from being intercepted or read by unauthorized persons.
5.4. PRS will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by anyone whose online payment account or credit card is fraudulently used or used in an unauthorized manner.
5.5 The Customer shall ensure that the online payment account or credit card used is valid, personal (corporate credit card is not accepted) and under the Customer’s own name.
5.6. If refund is processed according to these T&C, generally it takes few days for the amount to be credited back to the card used for payment but depending on the terms and conditions of the credit card.
6. Returns
6.1. You may request for return of any products delivered to you which fail to be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended use or comply with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in any material respect, provided that you serve a written email notice of return to PRS. Any request for return must include the relevant sales order confirmation and such details regarding the defective products as PRS may reasonably require.
6.2. The Customer understands and accepts that (i) minor cosmetic defects on the gift box or bottle label shall not entitle you to return the products; and (ii) the discounted goods pursuant to clause 3.8 may contain more or major packaging defects and cannot be returned or granted additional discounts.
6.3. If your request for return is accepted by us, PRS shall, at is sole discretion, either (i) replace the rejected product or (ii) refund the invoiced price of such product, and PRS will collect the rejected product from the Customer. In such a case, PRS shall have no further liability to the Customer in respect of the rejected products.
6.4. Customer cannot amend an order after it has been placed nor can the Customer change/exchange/claim a refund for a product that is damaged by the Customer.
7. Website Content
7.1. PRS may make changes to the contents on this Website, or to the products and services described, at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Information published at this site refers to products and services offered in Singapore.
- Liability
8.1. Subject to any relevant statutory provision, these T&C contain the entire agreement between PRS and the Customer on the subject matter and all representations, warranties and agreements other than these T&C (whether express or implied and whether statutory or otherwise) are expressly excluded. PRS's liability related to any matters of this Website is limited to the lesser of:
・the cost of replacing the products; or
・the cost of refund,
except for the case where PRS committed willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8.2. Contents on this Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making, or not making of, any decision.
8.3. To the extent permitted by law, PRS disclaims all liability (however arising) in connection with any loss and/or damage, arising out of or in connection with any use of, or inability to use, all or any part of the content, the site and/or any website to which the Website is linked, or any action taken (or not taken) as a result of using any of these.
8.4. PRS will not be liable in any circumstances to any Customer for consequential damages.
9. Third Party Sites
This website may contain links to third party sites. The links do not indicate any endorsement of PRS of the site or the products or services provided at those sites. The Customer accesses those sites and uses the products and services made available at those sites solely at their own risk.
- Personal Information
10.1. PRS uses the personal information obtained through this Website for any of the following purposes:
(a) To accept registration and identify individuals on this Website.
(b) To send and provide purchased and ordered products and services, and to provide other services including communication related to e-commerce transactions.
(c) For balloting of sales products including clearance items if stated.
(d) To analyze the trend of demand and purchase in the aspect of the Company’s sales promotion and marketing.
(e) To respond to inquiries, etc.
(f) To handle affairs relating to settlement of the purchased products.
(g) To disclose or transfer to a third party within the scope which the laws and regulations allow.
- Re-Supply of Products
11.1. The Customer must not sell nor solicit sale of PRS's products. The products purchased should only be consumed for personal enjoyment. In no event shall the Customer use the products for business or resale purpose whether in Singapore or overseas.
11.2. The Customer must indemnify PRS against all claims, actions, liabilities, charges, expenses, losses, damages and costs (whether incurred by or awarded against PRS) arising out of or in connection with a breach of clause 11.1. by the Customer.
12. Account Registration & Eligibility
12.1. By indicating intention of consent to these T&C on this Website, the Customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of and fully agree with these T&C and that all transactions conducted between the Customer and PRS in connection with this Website will subject to these T&C. The Customer may access this Website and purchase products from the Website only if he/she has registered an account in accordance with these T&C.
12.2. The Customer must be a Pernod Ricard permanent staff or Pernod Ricard contract staff based in Singapore, 18 years of age or above and he/she must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to register an account and place orders with this Website.
12.3. You must ensure that no other person except yourself shall use your login and password to purchase alcohol products. The Customer may not transfer or share his/her right to access or use this Website.
12.4. PRS reserves the right to terminate any account or restrict ordering if a Customer commits any action harming the interest of PRS or any of other Customers or breach any T&C.
- Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
